Since April, I’ve been interning with the Congress of Physician-Owned Medical Properties (CPOMP), where I support the marketing and outreach team across a wide range of digital, operational, and strategic projects. I’ve contributed to a 55% increase in conference registrations through targeted outreach campaigns using email, text, and phone communication. I’ve sent over 4,000 emails, made more than 400 calls, and sent 100+ personalized texts to high-priority contacts. My responsibilities include managing and updating a database of over 10,000 contacts using Excel, Zendesk, and Mailchimp and improving registration through automation tools such as Zapier. I’ve also played a key role in designing and updating the CPOMP website using WordPress, designing digital and print assets with design software, and creating custom reports to track outreach and performance. Daily, I collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategy, improve UX, and support campaign performance with decisions based on data. 

From May to August, I interned at the Marketing and Public Relations office at the Orlando Public Library. While I was an intern, I created over 500 pieces of content shared to Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Threads. I brainstormed, filmed, and edited this content alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist. In addition, I worked with the department to increase awareness of multiple campaigns such as Summer at Your Library, John Green's Author Visit, and Yarnfiti through captivating, user-focused content. The OCLS instagram gained over 1 million views over 3 months.

As a research assistant,  I became proficient in configuring, setting up, and getting data from sound level meters to inspect and investigate the unweighted sound levels from rocket launches. I learned the programming software MATLAB to analyze and produce visual representations of those sound waves.
